تیغچه های فرم آلیاژ HSSE اوزبورن مدل TOZ200 را می توان بر روی سنگ های سمباده معمولی تیز کرد. در حین سنگ زنی، حتماً از خنک کاری مداوم استفاده کنید تا از "آنیل شدن" (از دست دادن سختی بر اثر حرارت) لبه برنده جلوگیری شود. زوایای صحیح هندسی (زاویه آزاد، زاویه گوه و...) را حفظ کنید.
